Privacy notice

KCW Costing 7 processes information for internal project costing and reconciliation for the company that authorizes its connection.

The current portal processes the administrator's email address, company identifiers, authorization credentials, and requested QuickBooks profit-and-loss reports, purchase orders, vendor bills, and vendor credits. These records can contain financial amounts, dates, descriptions, and customer or vendor information.

Intuit provides the authorized accounting data. Cloudflare hosts the portal, authenticates administrator access, and stores encrypted connection credentials. The application checks the approved administrator email and encrypts stored QuickBooks tokens. The portal uses authentication and security cookies. Hosting and identity providers may process network and access metadata under their own policies.

Requested source data is currently displayed to the authenticated administrator and is not saved as a report archive by the portal. Encrypted tokens and connection metadata remain stored to support subsequent reads until the connection is removed. Successfully disconnecting removes the active connection record; provider backups may retain prior encrypted records. Provider log and backup retention have not yet been verified, so immediate deletion from all backups is not promised.

Application diagnostic events contain operation status, request references, and Intuit trace identifiers. Application logging is designed to omit report contents, tokens, and authorization codes. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own operational logs.

The application has no advertising, data-sale, or generative-AI functionality. The current portal does not transmit retrieved records to Ragic. Planned costing integration and report archiving require this notice to be updated before those functions are enabled.
